On December 5, 2014, the Ministry of Land and Resources held an on-site meeting on "Discovering in the Initial Solution in the Sprout" in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. Leaders in charge of land and resources departments (bureaus) from 31 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps attended the meeting.
